PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
(BASED IN BATAM)

Main Requirements:
Minimum graduate from High School, Vocational Institution (SMA / SMK).
Minimum 5 years of Supervisory experience in Production Sewing Line
Must have experience in Garment Manufacturing Industry
Preferably have knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE) methods
Able to supervise 100 150 sewing operators
Must have high integrity and high sense of responsibility
Must have good leadership and be able to motivate a team
Must be results-oriented, hardworking, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: Negotiable, Depending on Qualifications and Experience
